Host-pathogen Interactions, Adaptation and Acclimatization to Climate Change, Marine Molecular Ecology, Eco-toxico-transcriptomics, Coral Reef Ecology and Biology

I am currently working in Doctor Dorota Czerucka’s lab at the "Centre Scientifique de Monaco" of the Monaco Principality as part of a larger project on the development of the Aiptasia sea anemone as a model for host-pathogen interactions from corals to humans. We'll conduct our field work around the world on board the YERSIN during the MONACO EXPLORATIONS campaign of 2017-20.
